Brian
D. Finkelstein is Vice President of our investment
adviser. Mr. Finkelstein joined Fifth Street in December
2006. Prior to joining Fifth Street, he was
an Associate at Aleutian Capital Partners, a private
equity investment group in New York, NY, where he
analyzed middle market companies in the manufacturing,
distribution, healthcare and information technology
industries.
Mr. Finkelstein received his M.B.A. from the Stern School
of Business at New York University. He has also received
a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Albany (magna
cum laude). Mr. Finkelstein is a Level III CFA Candidate.
