David H. Harrison is a Vice President of our investment
adviser. Mr. Harrison joined Fifth Street in October
2009. He is responsible for monitoring and maintaining
firm-wide compliance programs and compliance testing
systems and for addressing certain legal issues. Mr.
Harrison has eleven years of legal experience, including
structuring and negotiating various corporate
transactions and ensuring compliance with federal
securities laws. Prior to joining Fifth Street, he was a
corporate and securities attorney with the law firm of
Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP from 2004-2009.
Mr. Harrison received his J.D. from Boston University
School of Law. He received a B.A. in History from
Brandeis University (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
