Joseph A.
Gulli is the Director of Financial Reporting for Fifth
Street Finance Corp. Mr. Gulli joined Fifth Street in
January 2008. Prior to joining Fifth Street he was a
financial consultant to BKF Capital. There he worked
closely with BKF’s CFO on various aspects of external
financial reporting to the SEC. Mr. Gulli served as CFO
for NTT Data International from 1996 to 2002. Mr.
Gulli’s prior experience includes financial analyst and
auditing positions at IBM and Deloitte & Touche,
respectively.
Mr. Gulli is a New York Certified Public Accountant and
holds a BA from New York University and an MBA from
Bernard M. Baruch College. He has completed post
graduate studies at New York University Stern School of
Business and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Mr.
Gulli served as Adjunct Professor of Financial
Management at New York University from 1994 to 1999.
